Herotini Happy Hours Keep on Rocking at Gourmet

The Hero Campaign knows how to throw a party—and this time, they brought the fun to Gourmet Italian Cuisine & Pizzeria in Galloway, NJ for another unforgettable Herotini Happy Hour.

Right as I pulled into the lot, the Galloway Police Department made a statement with their Hero Campaign Patrol Car parked proudly out front. It’s not just for show—it’s a rolling reminder of the mission: Be a Hero, Be a Designated Driver.

Inside Gourmet, the vibe was just as welcoming. Happy signage pointed the way, and the Hero Campaign crew was ready with raffle tickets, swag, and plenty of smiles. The food spread was pure comfort: crisp salads, cheesy ziti, fresh pizza, and more. But my sweet tooth was pulling me toward the dessert table filled with cupcakes, cannolis, chocolate-covered strawberries, and bite-sized cakes that looked too pretty to eat. (Spoiler: I still ate them.)

But let’s be honest, the mocktails were the stars of the show. Gourmet nailed it with three Herotini creations:
🍊 Early Morning Sunrise – their Herotini for the contest, a bright cherry-orange mocktail in a martini glass that felt like sunshine in a sip.
Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini – creamy, cozy, and topped with coffee beans. As a pumpkin girl, this was my fall-flavored soulmate.
🍇 Berry Sangria Sparkler – light, bubbly, fruity, and finished with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Refreshing perfection!

Each one had its own personality, and honestly? I couldn’t pick a favorite. They were all that good. The Early Morning Sunrise is a sweet start to the day, the Espresso Martini woke you up, and the Sangria got you going!

The night ended with raffles and an auction, and the energy in the room was contagious. People were laughing, cheering, and battling it out for hotel stays, Phillies tickets, and even a replica of Bryce Harper’s ring. Talk about prizes worth bidding for!

Before I left, I made a mental note: I must come back to Gourmet for a proper review. That ziti? Unreal. Cheesy, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Was it a blush sauce? Vodka sauce? Whatever it was—it’s living rent-free in my head.

Next stop: Hell’s Kitchen at Caesars for another Herotini Happy Hour. Gordon Ramsay’s team better bring their I was blessed with a trip there once before, and I am still in love (obssesed is more like it) with everything we had.

Until next time,
The Sober Party Girl

Final Score: 10/10 – Herotini Happy Hours just keep getting better!
