After years of driving past the building while it sat empty, burned, and then slowly renovated, locals can finally raise a glass at Dooney’s Pub in Northfield, NJ . For many of us, this spot will always be remembered as the former Tilton Inn . Toward the end of its run, the building felt more like a nostalgic memory than somewhere you actually wanted to spend a night out. But now, Dooney’s has completely revived the space, keeping some of that classic neighborhood charm while giving it a fresh new energy. And honestly? Northfield needed it. There are just some weeks when you absolutely cannot catch your breath. Between the Wildwood Boardwalk, the Philadelphia Eagles Public Practice, and bouncing all over South Jersey, I traveled a LOT this week, and somehow managed to find some pretty cool gems along the way. Because priorities. 😉 A New Favorite in Northfield: Zaytouna First, I have to give a shoutout to somewhere new, or at least somewhere that has quickly become a favorite. I have already gone back to Zaytouna in Northfield, New Jersey for lunch more times than I probably should admit.
