Last Party of 2025: My Honest A Touch of Italy Review 🎉

Image
Happy New Year, dear Partiers — hello, 2026! I’m predicting a year filled with great company, festive vibes, and plenty of mocktails. To kick things off, before we rang in the new year, a visit to the newly renovated A Touch of Italy —and wow, does it look different than I remember. If you’re unfamiliar with the backstory, A Touch of Italy suffered a significant fire in April 2023 and officially reopened in early December. The transformation is impressive. The space now feels clean, modern, and refreshed, with a stunning floor-to-ceiling wine wall dividing the bar from the dining room. Add in thoughtfully placed holiday dĂ©cor, and the whole place gives off a polished, sophisticated vibe without losing its warmth. Holiday Havoc Means Merry Mocktails!

It’s almost Christmas, which means the holiday chaos is officially in full swing. The closer Santa gets, the louder, busier, and more caffeinated we all become. There were signs advertising trivia too, so if you’re into entertainment, Freddy J’s definitely keeps the calendar full. After a few loud minutes of awkwardly standing around, staff shouted som...

Image
If you’ve spent more than five minutes on social media lately, you’ve probably seen it: the Netflix House. Endless reels featuring glowing neon signs, Stranger Things relics, and a towering sculpture of Thing from Wednesday . Local news stations raved about immersive activities, themed escape rooms, and a buzzing restaurant with a bar. That’s all it took to convince us to plan a road trip to King of Prussia. After more than an hour in the car, we arrived at a massive mall filled with luxury retailers, nostalgia-inducing stores (there’s a Toys “R” Us!!), and enough square footage to lose a small village. But none of that mattered, because we were ready to spend the entire day inside this magical Netflix playground, preferably drowning in Bridgerton gossip and swag. The exterior is quirky and offbeat, immediately setting the tone. Inside, you’re greeted by Eddie’s guitar from Stranger Things , with the alphabet wall painting from the show and flickering Christmas lights. Oversized refe...
