South Jersey is not letting go of fall without a fight! With Halloween just around the corner, every weekend feels like a decision-making Olympic sport: where do we go next?!  🎃 Fall Fun Fest at Somers Mansion We kicked things off at the Somers Mansion Fall Fun Fest filled with food trucks, costume-clad kiddos, spooky vendor vibes, and even ghost tours inside the historic mansion. Have you ever been inside? Drop a comment because I’m dying to know if it’s actually haunted…  While I scoped out the snacks, Joe braved the epic Sip-a-Latte line so we could secure their famous BOO Bucket coffee. Sometimes a slow week is exactly what you need, especially when your calendar’s been jam-packed! But no matter how calm the week gets, there’s always time for mocktails. We love checking out local spots with live music, trivia, bingo, and all the fun stuff. This time, we struck gold! The Seaview Bar and Grille , tucked along the marina on the way to Longport, was hosting its very first trivia night . The restaurant is part of a gorgeous marina filled with sleek boats and coastal charm. It’s relaxed but still has that “shore sophistication.” From what I read, it opened in August after LaBarca Oyster & Crudo closed earlier this summer so, naturally, I had to see what this new place was all about.   Whew! What. A. Week! 🎉 I knew this one would be a whirlwind, but I didn’t expect it to be this fun. Between a cat rescue fundraiser, a scary movie night, and not one but two HEROtini Happy Hours , I’m officially partied out (well… almost). If it weren’t for this incoming nor’easter, we’d be hitting fall festivals and flea markets too. But hey—South Jersey always keeps the fun coming, and fall is my favorite season for it! 🍂✨ 🐱 Fundraising for the Felines We kicked things off with the Life Improvement for Cats and Kitties (LICK) fundraiser aka the Meow Mixer! This sweet local cat sanctuary rescues and rehomes cats all over South Jersey, and twice a year they throw a $15 party (and cat food donation) filled with food, raffles, and all the good vibes. Our friend Jenna donated a tray of the most adorable sugar cookies topped with cat heads made of sugar perfection! Joe and I each grabbed a sheet of raffle tickets, and I actually won a basket filled with treats and Hello Kitty...
